- We do not originate loans or serve as a direct lender but we work with a consortium of national and international network of mortgage lending companies, individuals, and group of investors in order to help Ghanaians living abroad, especially in the USA, Canada and the European Union to achieve their home ownership dream through a more streamlined approach.
Global Realty Services is the real estate brokerage section of Global Homes Ghana. The primary function of GRS is to act as the procuring source for potential home buyers and sellers in Ghana. We do this by utilizing our superior professional network, market intelligence, cutting edge marketing strategies and state of the art technology to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of our clients.
These include listing of properties on our website, conducting comparative and competitive analysis of the going market values of properties, and providing investment advice through the use of available financial models and market intelligence tools.

We will also work closely with appraisal and valuation authorities in Ghana to ensure fair market pricing of properties hence achieving equitable satisfaction for all stakeholders.

Our aim is to cater for all sectors of the population with the understanding that different families have different needs. GHG believes that most families purchase homes for keep until they are ready for upgrade.
